Description
The M1 3-way ball valve with T-ball from Praher Plastics is a modular system fitting for professional swimming pool and water technology. It was developed for reliable switching and distribution functions in filter circuits, solar bypasses, pool switching systems, and process lines, and enables precise flow control without media mixing.
Thanks to its modular platform and integrated domes, the ball valve is optimally prepared for automation and can be flexibly combined with electric or pneumatic actuators. Robust, durable materials and a maintenance-optimized design ensure high operational reliability in continuous operation.
The version with union nuts (true union connections) enables quick installation and service-friendly maintenance without disconnecting the piping. Each valve is 100% leak-tested, externally CE-certified (CE 0036), and designed for a service life of up to 25 years in water applications (20 °C, maximum permissible operating pressure).

Modular design
Prepared for automation

The design of the M1 3-way ball valve is consistently geared towards easy installation and efficient automation. Domes and bracket are permanently integrated into the valve body, which means that the valve is prepared for actuator installation directly from the factory. Electric or pneumatic actuators can also be retrofitted after installation. Only an adapter set is required for automation.
For fixed-point mounting, an optional clamping element is available, while for flanged connections on flat surfaces a spacer element ensures correct positioning and stable installation.
Optionally available with position feedback or failsafe function.
Buttress thread

Left-hand thread on the pressure rings

The left-hand thread on the pressure rings prevents accidental twisting when mounting the union nut, improves tightness, and ensures that the ball position remains securely set.
This reliably prevents the pressure ring from being accidentally unscrewed.
Safety handle with labeling plate

T-ball for clear switching functions
Simultaneous connection of three lines: The T-bore can hydraulically connect two or three connections, allowing media to be distributed or mixed without additional fittings.
Mixing and distribution function in one component: The T-ball allows, for example, a second line to be mixed into a main flow or a volume flow to be divided between two outlets.
