Description
The Loxone® AQUASTAR® Air is an automated 6-way backwash valve for pool operation and supports the following operating modes: Filter, Backwash, Rinse, Circulate, Drain, Closed.
The device also features a “Winter Mode”.

- Electric actuator: 100 to 240 V AC

- Direct connection for 2- or 3-way EO510 electric ball valves
- Can be retrofitted to many common filter systems using Praher side-mount or top-mount valves
- Visualization and operation via the Loxone® Miniserver on compatible devices
- Updates via the Loxone® Miniserver

- 1 analog input, 0.5 to 5 V
- 1 analog input, 0 to 10 V
- 3 relay outputs, 250 VAC / 5 A, for flexible use

Expansion options
When used with a Loxone® Miniserver, the AQUASTAR® Air can be integrated into a Loxone® system. This allows pool and building functions to be controlled and automated together.
Possible applications:
- Integration of counter-current systems
- Control of pool lighting
- Integration of pool lighting into existing building concepts
- Joint control of home and pool technology, such as shading, alarm systems, or music systems
- Functions for demand-based control of pool systems, such as the pool pump or heating functions, in conjunction with suitable system components

Operating Requirements
