Description

The Aseko salt electrolysis system ASIN AQUA Salt Pro Redox was specifically developed for automatic pool water treatment in modern saltwater pools.

The system combines salt electrolysis, pH control, redox monitoring, and pool automation in a single central control unit. This allows for continuous monitoring and automatic regulation of disinfection, water balance, and technical system components. For pool builders, specialty retailers, and operators, this offers an efficient solution for ensuring consistently high water quality while reducing service and chemical costs.

The system generates disinfectant chlorine directly from the salt dissolved in the pool water. At the same time, a redox probe and a pH probe continuously monitor the water parameters. An intelligent control algorithm automatically regulates chlorine production and the dosing of pH correctors.

With a chlorine production capacity of up to 30 g/h at a salt concentration of 4 g/l, the system is suitable for pools up to 100 m³.

Water treatment and salt electrolysis

The Aseko ASIN AQUA Salt Pro Redox combines automatic water analysis, intelligent dosing technology, and powerful salt electrolysis in a compact system. The chlorine needed for disinfection is generated directly from the salt dissolved in the pool water, significantly reducing the need for manual addition of chlorine products.

The system continuously measures the Redox potential using a redox probe and automatically adjusts chlorine production to meet the actual disinfection requirements. At the same time, the integrated pH control system monitors and adjusts the pH level to ensure optimal water disinfection effectiveness.

For comprehensive water treatment, algaecide and the flocculant FLOC+C can also be dosed fully automatically. This efficiently binds suspended solids, reduces algae growth, and maintains stable water quality over the long term. Dosage based on actual needs also contributes to the economical use of chemicals.

At the heart of the salt electrolysis system is the durable Ti30 titanium electrode with a high-quality ruthenium-iridium coating, which enables reliable and efficient chlorine generation. The system operates optimally at a salt concentration of 4.0 g/l.
