• The valve housing is made of PVC-C and offers excellent chemical and thermal resistance.
• The glass fiber reinforced Noryl rotor guarantees high mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and corrosion resistance - even with changing temperatures and constant contact with water.
• The permanently lubricated rotor seal made of high temperature silicone with Teflon jacket ensures a secure seal and exceeds the requirements of over 3,000 dry cycles.
• The valves enable a proportional mixing function and are designed for an operating pressure of up to PN3.5 (50 PSI) and a back pressure of up to PN1 (15 PSI). With a vacuum resistance of up to 29" Mercury, they remain reliably sealed even under high negative pressure.
• A safety handle with position lock and two-color flow indicator markings (OPEN / CLOSED / FLOW) ensures clear, intuitive operation.
• Specially designed PLAST-TITE® screws made of 18.8 stainless steel prevent stress cracks in the plastic and facilitate maintenance and service.
• The universal shaft spline pattern adapts to most actuators.
• All wetted materials comply with NSF-50 and NSF/ANSI-61 standards and are therefore approved for drinking water and pool applications.
