Description

The iQntrol salt electrolysis system SALT NET Redox/CLF is a compact, networked all-in-one solution for fully automatic water treatment in private saltwater pools.

The system combines high-performance salt electrolysis (up to 20 g Cl/h), redox- or CLF-controlled disinfection, automatic pH control, and integrated pool management in a plug-and-play unit. Designed for private pools up to 70 m³ (with an 8-hour pump runtime), the system ensures consistent water quality with minimal chemical use.

Thanks to LAN and RS485 interfaces, a touchscreen display, and app and web connectivity, the system is ideally suited for modern service concepts featuring remote diagnostics and digital monitoring.

Fully automatic water treatment and pH control

The built-in sensor continuously measures free chlorine and the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) and automatically adjusts chlorine production. At the same time, the long-life pH sensor ensures precise pH control by dosing pH-Minus as needed.

Flexible disinfection strategy

The device supports three basic modes for water treatment:

Dosing mode: The integrated peristaltic pump (PP60) doses liquid chlorine directly from a chemical tank into the system. The dosing rate is controlled based on the measured redox value or free chlorine level, ensuring that only as much chlorine is added as is necessary to achieve a preset target value.
Salt mode: The device activates an external salt electrolysis unit via an internal relay. The electrolysis unit is responsible for the actual chlorine production; the iQntrol system controls when it is turned on or off, based on the current redox value/free chlorine level and the set parameters.
Hybrid mode: Combination of salt electrolysis and a dosing pump. Electrolysis takes priority; if the chlorinator does not produce enough chlorine and the redox value or free chlorine level falls below the target range, the unit automatically activates the dosing pump to quickly reach or maintain the target value.

Description

The TOUCH EVO PLUS salt electrolysis system ensures hygienically clean pool water without the addition of chemical disinfectants.

The electrolysis of slightly salty water produces “free chlorine” (HClO), which is a very powerful bactericidal agent. After the active elements have reacted with the organisms present in the water, common salt and water are produced again. Additional cleaning chemicals are not necessary.

Salt chlorination systems are particularly sustainable and water-saving, as the water in the pool does not need to be changed for several years if the system is operated correctly over the long term (regular backwashing).

The devices in the TOUCHEVO series have a TFT touchscreen that you can use to display and configure all of the device's functions.

Optimum disinfection performance from a salt concentration of 4 kg/m³. (We recommend a concentration of 5 kg/m³ to compensate for small salt losses due to filter cleaning, water replenishment, etc.).

Models from 15 g to 35 g Cl/h available.

Description

iQntrol SALT-COMPLETE is a high-precision disinfection system with intelligent pool management functions. The salt electrolysis ensures complete disinfection of the pool water.

Water treatment with salt electrolysis

The SALT-COMPLETE salt electrolysis system measures the salt content and the redox value with a probe. It monitors the set pH value of the swimming pool water and adjusts the dosage to the changing ambient conditions. In addition, the salt system doses the set amount of algaecide daily in relation to the swimming pool volume.

Pool management functions

Filter times (two time intervals per day)
Level control: The water level can be monitored with the optional pressure sensor or float switch; the water level can be monitored in up to four levels for overflow basins
Backwash control (backwash frequency): in combination with the Aquastar Easy 2 automatic backwash valve (backwash duration)
Pump control: connection for ON/OFF pump via integrated socket, for speed-controlled pump via 4 potential-free contacts, when changing the valve position (automatic 6-way valve) the pump is switched off, when backwashing the speed is increased for more efficient backwashing
Heating control: Intelligent control of the set water temperature for electric heaters, heat exchangers, heat pumps (supports temperature-dependent heat pump release)
Economy mode possible for overflow basins
