Description

The Aseko ASIN AQUA Salt Pro Redox salt electrolysis system was developed for automatic water treatment in saltwater pools.

The system combines salt electrolysis, pH control, redox monitoring, and pool technology control in a single central unit. Chlorine production, water parameters, and connected pool components are continuously monitored and controlled.

The disinfectant chlorine is generated directly from the salt dissolved in the pool water. The integrated redox and pH measurement provides the basis for automatically adjusting chlorine production and dosing pH correctors.

With a chlorine production capacity of up to 30 g/h at a salt concentration of 4 g/l, the system is suitable for pools up to 100 m³.

Water treatment

The system continuously measures relevant water parameters and adjusts chlorine production based on the recorded readings.

In addition, the dosing of pH adjusters, algaecides, and flocculants can be automated. Dosing is based on the set control parameters and the measured water values.

The Ti30 electrode, with its ruthenium-iridium coating, generates the necessary disinfectant chlorine directly from the salt dissolved in the pool water. The system is designed for operation at a salt concentration of 4 g/l.

Description

The TOUCH EVO PLUS salt electrolysis system was developed for water disinfection in private pools. The chlorine needed for disinfection is generated directly from the salt dissolved in the pool water.

During the electrolysis process, free chlorine (HClO) is produced, which helps disinfect the water. The system automatically controls chlorine production and ensures consistent water treatment during pool operation.

The devices in the TOUCH EVO series feature a TFT touchscreen that allows all functions to be displayed and configured.

A salt concentration of at least 4 kg/m³ is recommended for chlorine production. To compensate for typical salt losses due to backwashing or water replenishment, a concentration of 5 kg/m³ is recommended.

The series is available in various capacity levels ranging from 15 to 35 g Cl/h and is suitable for use in private pools.

Description

iQntrol SALT-COMPLETE is a high-precision disinfection system with intelligent pool management functions. The salt electrolysis ensures complete disinfection of the pool water.

Water treatment with salt electrolysis

The SALT-COMPLETE salt electrolysis system measures the salt content and the redox value with a probe. It monitors the set pH value of the swimming pool water and adjusts the dosage to the changing ambient conditions. In addition, the salt system doses the set amount of algaecide daily in relation to the swimming pool volume.

Pool management functions

Filter times (two time intervals per day)
Level control: The water level can be monitored with the optional pressure sensor or float switch; the water level can be monitored in up to four levels for overflow basins
Backwash control (backwash frequency): in combination with the Aquastar Easy 2 automatic backwash valve (backwash duration)
Pump control: connection for ON/OFF pump via integrated socket, for speed-controlled pump via 4 potential-free contacts, when changing the valve position (automatic 6-way valve) the pump is switched off, when backwashing the speed is increased for more efficient backwashing

Flexible disinfection strategy

The device supports three basic modes for water treatment:

Dosing mode: The integrated peristaltic pump (PP60) doses liquid chlorine directly from a chemical container into the system. The dosing rate is regulated based on the measured free chlorine level, ensuring that only as much chlorine is added as is necessary to reach the target value.
Salt mode: The device activates an external salt electrolysis unit via an internal relay. The electrolysis unit handles the actual chlorine production; the iQntrol system controls when it is turned on or off, again depending on the actual free chlorine level and the set parameters.
Hybrid mode: A combination of salt electrolysis and a dosing pump. Electrolysis takes priority; if the chlorinator’s chlorine production is insufficient and the free chlorine level remains below the target range, the device automatically activates the dosing pump to quickly reach or maintain the target value.
