The Ocean® System Brick formwork block is the central building block of the Ocean® Brick pool system. Made from expanded polystyrene (EPS), the blocks can be assembled quickly and precisely to form stable pool walls. They form the ideal basis for modern, energy-efficient, and durable pools and impress with their intelligent details and ease of use.

Product details

High stability thanks to tongue-and-groove system with extra high and wide connecting bars and reinforced inner areas.
Reinforced inner bar (82 mm) with stress-optimized transitions to the side walls and integrated slopes helps to ensure optimum concrete distribution and reduces the risk of breakage during filling.
Three integrated guide gutters give the reinforcement iron sufficient support.
The unique shape of the inner contour reduces the volume of concrete required.
Thanks to the EPS material used, the formwork blocks offer significantly better thermal insulation (U-value from 0.29) than traditional concrete walls. The optimal insulation reduces the pool's heating time and saves energy.
Easy to cut and process. Standard length 1250 mm, can be divided into 250 mm sections, integrated notches/markings facilitate division.
Suitable for private and hotel pools as well as public swimming facilities.
Available in hardness grades EPS25, EPS30, and EPS MAX.
Developed and manufactured in Austria.

Delivery is made on disposable pallets. The quantity of bricks per pallet depends on the order quantity:

The solid connection of the Ocean® Bricks was realized by the tongue and groove junction. This minimizes the risk of leak of concrete during the filling process. The strong tongue and groove junction with 25 mm height and 20 mm width fit together and provide stability. The inserts interlock with the next brick, even at 90° edges
